Michelle Jacobs is a completely professional Realtor. At our first meeting, she listened very carefully as we explained our plans for selling our house. Having heard and carefully considered our words, she recommended that we have a stager come to look over things for us and to help us prepare a detailed plan for pre-sale work, as well as the sequence of that work.
Michelle provided us with a list of possible stagers, as well as contractors who might accomplish the necessary work. We hired a stager from her list and found that person’s work excellent. Michelle was very competent in making further excellent suggestions to us as we completed the specifications for the pre-sale work and obtained quotes from three persons on her potential contractor list. We hired one of those contractors and were very pleased with his work.
As a result of the advice from Michelle, the house was fully ready for showing. It was only on the market for three days in the midst of a severe snow storm before we obtained the offer that we accepted and that led to the completed sale within the month.
