Michelle has a very pleasant personality that makes the difficult task of selling one’s home a little easier. She carefully analyzes the competition to create a realistic asking price that resulted in the sales price being very close to it. She skillfully staged the house with our existing belongings and added some nice touches with props that she provided. She carefully monitored the showings to let us know what prospective buyers were saying, or more importantly, not saying. She was eager to set up open houses to attract potential buyers. Michelle was very attentive to our needs and preferences.
